An Heirloom, Reset
A 1920s cluster ring, rebuilt to be worn every day.
The ring had been in a drawer for thirty years, with two stones missing and a shank worn paper thin. We tested every stone, matched the two missing ones with old mine cuts from our case and rebuilt the gallery.
The new 18k shank is twice as thick as the old one, so it can be worn every day. The original shank went back to the family in a small envelope.
