What we collect
When you use this site or work with us we may collect:
Consultation requests: name, email, phone, preferred date and time, budget, what you are looking for and any notes
Orders and repairs: billing address, ring size, payments through our payment processor and photos of your piece at intake
Design notes and sketches, so the bench knows exactly what was agreed
Basic site analytics such as pages viewed and the type of device used
How we use it
We use your information to answer requests, run consultations, make and repair your jewelry, prepare appraisals, send the updates you asked for and improve the site. We do not sell or rent personal information.
Payments
Deposits and payments are handled by our payment processor. We never store full card or bank numbers on our own systems.
Children
Orders are placed by adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children through this site.
Sharing
We share only what is needed with payment processors, the software we use for orders and email, grading labs and the insured carriers we use when you ask us to ship a piece. Each may use it only to provide that service.
Cookies
This site uses a small number of cookies for basic analytics and to remember preferences. You can block cookies in your browser and the site will still work.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time, and we honor these requests for every customer.
