Most engagement rings we sell start at the counter with a loupe, two diamonds side by side and a pencil. Natural or lab-grown, round or oval, we show you the difference before you decide anything.
A custom ring takes about six weeks: sketches and a 3D model, a wax copy you can try on, then casting and setting at our own bench. Ready-made solitaires from the case can be sized in three days.
Every ring leaves with a written appraisal, the first resizing included and free cleaning and prong checks for as long as you own it.
